The Fan, LPC, Externals, and Nacelles Module Center at Pratt & Whitney is currently looking for an experienced and highly-motivated Structures Engineer to join its team in support of commercial gas turbine engines. In this role, the Structures Engineer will be responsible for completing technical assessments and analyses necessary to support design, development, validation, production implementation and management of new and operational engines flying across the globe. The Structure Engineer will work with various hardware that FaLCEN owns including airfoils, rotating hardware, and static structures. In this role, the Structures Engineer will be an integral member of a team working tasks and challenging problems focused on engine safety, reliability, capability, robustness and affordability. The Structures Engineer will be expected to lead small teams (including outsourcing) and coordinate and guide tasks with external partners.
