Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure customer needs of Irkut from compliance into early production, driving timely execution of program milestones

Partnering with CIPTs, Module centers, supply chain and industrial leads to assess industrial risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure quality and delivery requirements are met

• Ensuring the highest level of customer service

Developing and executing a delivery plan that aligns customer requirements to MRP

• Strategic ownership of long-term capacity and capability

• Integrate program cost initiatives aligned to cost targets

• Work with partners to ensure demand is understood and MRP requirements

The candidate will become a member of the cross-functional Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT) and an integral part of the Integrated Program Deployment (IPD) process.. The candidate will support the program’s delivery, quality, and cost goals; including focused effort on EVP learning and flight test engine deliveries. This position will promote teaming with the Program CIPTs, Systems Chiefs, Quality Manager and engine customers.

Qualification:

8-12 years of experience in operations or engineering. Superior written and oral communication skills and demonstrated leadership skills required. Detail and results oriented with good problem solving skills. Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities. Understands strategic and business implications and works to provide best P&W solutions. Must have demonstrated experience working with executive level management. High energy, dynamic individual who strives for continuous improvement using ACE Tools. Extensive proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications and SAP. MRP/SAP experience is strongly preferred. Reputation for exceptional project management skills.
