The Dallas, TX operation of Otis Elevator is looking for an experienced professional to lead the field operations of a growing new equipment business. Demonstrated ability to direct, supervise and lead the performance of field operations for maintenance and repair.Are you self-motivated with strong leadership, organizational, communication, and time management skills? Directing, supervise and motivate efficient performance of field staff for OTIS new equipment jobs.
Ensuring quality project completions within target hours, managing the safety program
Managing, scheduling and expenditure of project labor, material and other assets
Performing and managing technical surveys and estimates
Field education and safety training
Quality assurance for both OTIS and our customers
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 5+ years of elevator/escalator field experience - preferably with Otis
Field management experience preferred, but not required
