Perform NDT Level III duties. Knowledge of SAP, Solumina (production control software), and MRP (quality control software) will be a plus.

Required to approve work instructions in CAPP2 and Solumina. Required to write and administer inspector certification exams. Possess good organizational skills. Follow all EH&S rules and guidelines. Support ACE and continuous improvement. Possess good people and communication skills. Must escort FAA and PRP auditors during each visit.

Qualification: 2 years of NDT Level III experience, in, PT (Penetrant Testing – FPI), Chemical Etching and Blue Etch Anodize or ability to acquire certification. Understand basic acid chemistry. Familiar with the following computer software: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access and an understanding of quality procedures. Be able to develop new equipment specifications, write procedures, instructions, and inspection techniques for advanced aerospace super alloy.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Five to ten years’ experience in quality/manufacturing environment as a certified Level II inspector

Education:

BS degree with 6-10+ years experience

MA/MS degree with 4-7+ years experience

B.S. in Material Engineering preferred

Required to pass NDT Level III exams for Chemical Etch, PT and Blue Etch Anodize.
