Roles and responsibilities may include:

-Financial ownership for E190/195 - E2 program P&L(s)

-Completes plans and forecasts and compares financial activity including overhead, unit cost, and monthly results.

-Prepares, consolidates, analyzes and documents financial data used to summarize and measure status, evaluates business plans, identifies variances and forecasts results.

-Maintain SAP projects and WBS structures

-Ability to interface with middle and senior level management and articulate program financial information in a clear and concise manner.

-Understand and interpret financial implications of contract terms and conditions, accounting guidelines and policies for financial administration, management, and consultation. Communicate findings and recommendations to advise and influence management and program decisions.

-Innovate and lead process/system improvements through CI events, introducing new methods and approaches, establishing best practices, and managing standard work.

-Support ad hoc requests from internal and external customers

Qualification:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field with 5-10+ years' experience

-Knowledge of SAP system or other MRP systems with experience in data mining.

-Strong presentation skills and ability to explain complexities that programs in the development and early production phases face.

-Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.

-Strong problem solving skills as well as business writing and communication skills.

-Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word.

-Experience in Aerospace/Manufacturing preferred

Preferred:

Master's degree in accounting, finance or related field with 0-2+ years' experience
