United Technologies Aerospace Systems (UTAS) is among the largest global suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and industrial products. We design and manufacture aerospace systems for commercial, regional, corporate and military aircraft and are a major supplier for international space programs. The Customer Service organization provides complete aftermarket solutions for Military and Commercial products, which includes; spare parts and LRU's (Line Replaceable Units), upgrades, retrofits, repairs, Performance Based Logistic (PBL) Programs for US and Foreign Military and Commercial platforms.
The Customer Service organization is seeking an intern/co-op to work within the Aftermarket business on a variety of business initiatives in support of our market pursuits. The candidate will support the team in reporting and analysis, metrics tracking, as well as managing specific pricing models. The candidate will focus on process improvement by automating and developing solutions to deliver 100% quality and on-time delivery.
Highly motivated, self-directed and able to work effectively with limited oversight
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and improve processes
Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of advanced Excel formulas and macros a plus
