In this role you will be responsible for assisting the sustainment and continuous improvement of ITC Policies and Procedures and Training Administration on behalf of UTAS’s International Trade Compliance (ITC) Organization. This role includes assisting with councils and coordinating teams as well as participating on UTC teams.

Additional skills and requirements are as follows:

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priority projects concurrently with a keen eye to detail.

  • Advanced skills in MS Office particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint very desirable

Qualification:

  • Attention to detail- this job requires a basic understanding of UTC/ UTAS current trade compliance related processes

  • Related ITC training is a plus

  • Requires good communications skills: verbal, oral, written and presentations, including peer training and executive management reviews;

  • Computer skills required- Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

All candidates should have the ability to work in a complex, fast moving environment with multiple international partners and foreign nationals. This position will require access to ITAR and EAR controlled data. Qualified applicants must be US persons (US Citizens, Green Card Holders or refugee/asylees).

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Master’s Program

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
