We are seeking a high energy, hardworking self-starter for a strategic accounts manager role in our headquarters marketing department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for an existing portfolio of customers in the Hospitality market and for developing and executing on strategies to grow this portfolio. Elevator services are provided to the customers from the nearest local Otis office. Working with your internal Otis colleagues, you are responsible for customer satisfaction, performance to contract terms and overall servicing of the accounts.

Location: Atlanta / Remote Option available

Qualification:

  • 10-12 years of sales and account management experience, with 5 years at the national account level managing building services

  • Very interested in candidates with account management experience in companies with decentralized service models

  • Unwavering customer service orientation

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Able to manage multiple priorities

  • Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office products

  • Analytical skills

  • Proven ability to work effectively across all levels of organization

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Superior follow-up and follow-through skills

  • Team player

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field

  • Master's degree preferred
